Julia Webb

Julia serves as the Senior Operations Manager. In this role, Julia manages the office’s day-to-day operations, including facilities, IT requests, and equipment. Julia supervises four Administrative Associates and serves as a liaison with senior staff to ensure the centralized workflow is running smoothly. In addition, she manages and orients new staff on the organization’s project management tech tools, and supports the organization’s events.

Julia has worked in an administrative capacity for over ten years. Prior to joining Catalyst California, she worked as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager at Charles R. Drew University. While at Charles R. Drew University Julia coordinated, and oversaw Administrative operations and projects in the Nursing Department and supervised Administrative Assistants and student workers. In addition, she was the department Liaison with the University’s Human Resources office. 

Julia received her bachelor’s degree from the Illustrious Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia. She received a Masters of Business Administration, an AACSB program, from California State University of San Bernardino.
