Katrice McCorkle

Katrice McCorkle is Senior Manager of Human Resources at Catalyst California, overseeing all aspects of the HR and recruiting efforts.

She joined Catalyst California in May 2022 with more than 30 years of experience as a social impact, human rights, and corporate social responsibility strategist.

Katrice previously served as the Director of HR at Indeck Energy Services. Before that, she spent most of her career at Mattel, Inc., focusing on strategic corporate responsibility in human rights and environmental sustainability.

Katrice earned a bachelor’s degree in English at California State University Long Beach and a master’s in business administration at Loyola Marymount University. She maintains a professional certification with the Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional.

She is an ardent believer in human rights and social justice, which means seeing the world with a sense of fairness and humility and recognizing her humanity in the struggles of others. Katrice enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs and traveling in her spare time.
